A 10% (ten-percent) re-stocking fee will be charged on all returned items. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.KOPYKAKE requires a 20% (twenty-per cent) restocking fee.
Return of goods MUST BE NOTIFIED to Beryl's PRIOR TO DESPATCH AND MUST BE SENT VIA US POSTAL DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SERVICE OR UNITED PARCEL SERVICE SO THAT THEY MAY BE TRACKED. No responsibility will be accepted for goods that cannot be tracked. If customer decides that they do not require products ordered and shipped, customer is responsible for outgoing shipping and cost of return shipping.
Returns will be accepted if items are in the original, unopened and undamaged packages. Books must be returned to us in perfect condition. Damaged or loose merchandise, merchandise not in the original container or merchandise over 15 days old (from invoice date) may NOT be returned. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Beryl's reserves the right to refuse return of items unless as specified in (19) above.
