As a graduate pastry chef and cake decorator, I wanted to bring the decorating techniques of my native England to the United States. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that the materials needed and equipment required were not available here. I contacted my friends in England to get the items needed and, suddenly found myself in the business of importing and offering these exciting products to my fellow cake decorators and pastry chefs in the United States.
