Please take the time to read these as they are very important. Placing an order with Beryl's Cake Decorating & Pastry Supplies is confirmation that you accept these terms and conditions.
General shipping : all in stock items will be shipped within 5-7 business days conditions allowing. This excludes special orders and items that are sent direct from the manufacturer. We do not back-order. Any out-of stock items must be re-ordered by the customer. Beryl's is not responsible for delays occurring because of improper information or credit card processing delays. ALL PACKAGES CONSIDERED OVER SIZED BY UPS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
Priority Processing : All requests for same day processing MUST BE RECEIVED BY 1.00 PM and will incur an additional $10.00 fee PLUS UPS shipping charges. We can ship next-day, two-day or three-day - please specify. All international orders will be sent via airmail unless otherwise requested by customer and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
BERYL'S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS THAT ARE LEFT AT CUSTOMER'S PREMISES WHEN NO-ONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE OR SIGN FOR THEM .
No responsibility will be accepted for goods shipped through the US Postal Service or International Mail.
ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE CARRIER AND BERYL'S AT TIME OF DELIVERY.
All shortages must be notified to Beryl's within 48 HOURS of receipt of shipment. Failure to follow these instructions within the time-frame stated may result in losing the right to compensation.
Payment may be made by credit card, cashiers cheque or money order. NO PERSONAL CHEQUES ACCEPTED. NO COD SHIPMENTS.
Video tapes are non-returnable.
Edible/decorative goods (including colours) are non-returnable.
Chocolate, heat sensitive or food products are shipped at customer's risk and are NOT GUARANTEED against weather damage (including melting or deterioration)
All specialty orders are non-returnable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of order.
Late payment charges of 1.5% per month compounded will be applied to account customers whose invoices are past 30 days. Beryl's may hold up orders for delivery until overdue accounts have been paid. First time orders will be pre-paid.
Business customers will be held responsible for any collection charges involved in the recovery of unpaid invoices. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned business cheques.
Prices charged for goods shall be those prevailing at the time of shipment and the right to withdraw any items in the catalogue, change prices without notice or substitute a similar product for that ordered is reserved by Beryl's.
ANY DISCONTINUED ITEMS THAT ARE ORDERED AND SHIPPED ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
