The Party Butler includes : Ice Pack - great for chilling appetizers, cakes etc.

Heat Pack - reduces thawing time up to 50% (ice/heat pack are dual purpose insert).

Remove ice/heat pack and you then have a two level transport :   Turn inner tray 90 degrees

and double the space to store/transport brownies or appetizers on two levels.
